New Year's Resolutions and Pregnancy

We’re over half way through January, and statistically that means many of us have given up on our New Year’s resolutions already. If that’s you, are you feeling guilty, annoyed, frustrated with yourself for not starting or failing to keep going?

 

At Muma Nurture we believe that if you’ve had a bad day and broken your resolution there’s no need to be unkind to yourself or to give up completely. Or if you haven’t started yet then there’s no bad time to make a start.

 

 

We’re here to support you with therapies such as Hypnotherapy, Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition and Counselling provided by fully trained therapists.

 

There are many ways in which we can support you during your pregnancy, whether it's birth preparation, better self-care, relaxation, sleep improvement, counselling for anxiety or parenting related struggles. We believe any time is a good time to start. Change is most manageable in small manageable steps and anything you do to be good to yourself is always a good choice.
